Au fil des années, TEKSIAL a consacré d’importants efforts pour réduire l’empreinte carbone des bâtiments en France. TEKSIAL a incité et aidé plus de 190 000 projets de rénovation énergétique auprès de particuliers, d’industriels et de collectivités, dans le seul but de les aider à maîtriser leur consommation énergétique, pour qu’elle devienne plus durable et demain, avec un impact positif sur l’environnement.
La loi Climat et Résilience, qui est notre boussole, est conçue pour lutter contre le changement climatique et encourager la transition vers une économie plus verte. Elle nous inspire donc à élargir notre vision et à redoubler d'efforts pour répondre aux défis environnementaux actuels.
Aujourd’hui, le moment est venu d’étendre notre engagement, en assurant une transition vers le numérique responsable. Cette évolution s'inscrit naturellement dans notre démarche globale pour optimiser notre efficacité énergétique et réduire notre empreinte environnementale. Pour amorcer ce changement, nous avons débuté par une évaluation de notre propre empreinte numérique à l'aide de l'outil WeNR. Les résultats de cette évaluation ont été la pierre angulaire de notre feuille de route 2024. Dès le premier trimestre, nous avons lancé une série d'initiatives de sensibilisation auprès de nos collaborateurs, comprenant la création de supports pédagogiques, notre participation active au Digital Cleanup (durant la semaine du 11 mars 2024), ainsi que la formation de nos propres animateurs pro pour déployer en interne la fresque du Numérique - déjà 40 collaborateurs fresqués et plusiers nouvelles sessions de planifiées. Parallèlement, nous avons pris des mesures concrètes pour la gestion responsable des déchets électroniques (D3E). Le deuxième trimestre s'annonce tout aussi dynamique. Nous poursuivrons notre accompagnement de nos collaborateurs vers l'obtention de la certification NR, tout en progressant dans notre démarche de labellisation NR1 en collaboration avec l'Agence Lucie.
Devenir signataire de la charte de l’INR est essentiel pour nous, c'est une déclaration audacieuse de notre volonté et de notre engagement profond envers un avenir numérique responsable et éthique. Nous nous engageons à agir collectivement pour façonner un monde numérique meilleur, plus durable et plus inclusif et contribuons ainsi activement à la mission de l'INR.
