Presentation

La mission de Lindera est de réinventer les espaces intérieurs de ses clients pour en faire des lieux chaleureux, vivants et beaux.
Lindera conçoit et fabrique des agencements sur-mesure dans ses ateliers en France et en Bulgarie : boutiques (Hermès, Ami, Richard Mille…), réseaux (Etam, Alinea,…), lieux hauts de gamme (sièges sociaux, aéroports,..) et prestigieux (hôtels, villa de luxe, chalets).
Capitalisant sur ses savoir-faire (menuiserie, ébénisterie, travail du métal, serrurerie fine, lots architecturaux), agile et innovant, le Groupe Lindera accélère son développement sur de nouveaux segments marchés. Lindera est composée de 8 entreprises, de 4 business Units - Lindera Reseau, Lindera Signature, Lindera Travaux et Lindera Europe et de 4 sites de production basé à Carrières sur seine, Annecy, Mulhouse et Brive.

  • Evaluate the robustness of its infrastructures (regular tests) and prioritise European infrastructures
  • Measure the energy consumption and impact of my Information System (multi-criteria analysis)
  • Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint

  • Raise awareness on Sustainable IT (e.g. information workshop, MOOC, dissemination of good practice guides)

  • Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
  • Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
