Maestis est un cabinet de conseil en stratégie et management, indépendant et multi-spécialiste, qui accompagne ses clients dans leur dynamique de création de valeur et de performance.
Fondée en 2016, elle réunit 3 associés, qui forts de leurs expériences dans les grands cabinets et à des postes opérationnels, ont à cœur d'apporter une approche différence, pragmatique et résolument basée sur un principe de construction collective. L'entreprise mobilise aujourd'hui une cinquantaine de consultants aux compétences pluridisciplinaires, et leur singularité fait la force du cabinet. Sa croissance durable se base sur sa capacité à gérer ses ressources de façon responsable.
Maestis croit au croisement des expertises, à l'intelligence collective et à la singularité des talents. Elle développe des relations de proximité et de confiance avec ses clients pour les accompagner, du cadrage stratégique à la mise en œuvre de leurs nouveaux modèles économiques, opérationnels et organisationnels.
Sa mission ? Faire émerger des solutions qui font consensus, parce qu'elles sont exécutables et de les déployer de la manière la plus efficiente possible.

- Engage with actors in the reuse sector and/or the social and solidarity economy in the management of the end-of-life of my equipment
- Encourage diversity among my service providers, particularly in relation to disability issues
- Use start-ups, associations and sustainable innovation projects to meet my needs for products and services, and participate in the structuring and improvement of these sustainable offers and services
- Measure the energy consumption and impact of my Information System (multi-criteria analysis)
- Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
- Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
