Acteur reconnu du monde de l’immobilier d’entreprise, notamment pour ses réalisations de parcs d’activités et de bâtiments clé-en-main destinés à une clientèle de PME-PMI, ETI, Salini Immobilier emploie aujourd’hui plus d’une cinquantaine de collaborateurs avec un chiffre d’affaires de 80,8 M€ en 2023. L’entreprise propose différents métiers, structurés autour de domaines d’expertise complémentaires : conception, construction, rénovation, promotion et développement. Salini Immobilier et ses équipes sont engagés depuis 2022 dans la formalisation d’une démarche RSE globale. Salini Immobilier propose une approche de l’immobilier d’entreprise qui conjugue respect de l’environnement, optimisation du travail et bien-être des salariés, un dialogue permanent avec l’ensemble des acteurs qui interviennent tout au long des projet pour échanger et choisir ensemble des solutions constructives, architecturales et même conviviales de haute qualité et les mieux adaptées.

- Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
- Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
