Presentation

Staffmatch est né début 2015 de la volonté de nos co-fondateurs de redéfinir les normes de l'intérim en plaçant l'innovation et la qualité au cœur de notre approche. Depuis, nous révolutionnons le marché du travail temporaire grâce à un modèle phygital innovant : des outils digitaux de pointe, déployés au service de l’Humain (nos intérimaires, nos clients et nos collaborateurs).

Staffmatch est la première agence d'intérim en France à permettre aux entreprises de réaliser des commandes d’intérim directement en ligne. Notre plateforme digitale permet à nos clients et à nos intérimaires de gérer tout l’administratif de manière dématérialisée. Cependant, notre modèle dit « phygital », avec le maintien d'agences dans toutes la France, nous permet de maintenir ce contact humain primordial.


C'est notre utilisation poussée de la technologie qui a motivé notre décision de nous engager dans une démarche de numérique responsable, dans la continuité de notre engagement de responsabilité sociétale d'entreprise.

  • Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint

  • Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
  • Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
  • Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
  • Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
  • Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
