HARA est spécialisé dans le conseil opérationnel, la prestation de services informatiques et l’édition de logiciels.
HARA est née d'une idée simple : rassembler autour de l’éthique, le partage, le pouvoir d’agir, la responsabilité sociétale, l’ouverture, l’anticipation, l’adaptation et l’action.
Nous pensons qu’il est important de défendre des valeurs humaines fortes et d’être aux côtés des associations, de leurs salariés et bénévoles qui œuvrent quotidiennement pour aider les autres.
Geoffrey Jaeglé, le Président et Fondateur du Groupe HARA a souhaité réunir l’excellence technique dans le secteur de l’informatique et les valeurs de l’engagement solidaire.

C'est pour cette raison que Hara est devenue une société à mission, apportant un soutien humain et financier aux associations locales. Les consultants de Hara bénéficient de cinq journées de mécénat par an afin de s'engager aux côtés d'une association partenaire. De plus, une partie du chiffre d'affaires est versée aux associations pour soutenir leurs projets.

- Ensure the development of useful and efficient digital services
- Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
- Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
- Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
- Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
- Favour the use of local and European tools in order to encourage the consolidation of players who respect the sovereignty of European data
