Polyconseil est une ESN de 250 collaborateurs travaillant sur le secteur du numérique (création de produits informatiques, développement et maintenance de solutions, audits techniques...) appliqué à un grand nombre de domaines (secteur public, mobilité, média...).

Chez Polyconseil, nous sommes passionnés d’innovations numériques et considérons que l’entreprise a une responsabilité à porter envers la société et l’environnement. Cette responsabilité est complémentaire à l’action individuelle et l’action politique.

En tant qu’acteurs du numérique, nous sommes convaincus que le numérique de demain devra être éthique, accessible, sobre énergétiquement pour préserver l’environnement, inclusif et générer un impact positif pour la société et les citoyens.

En particulier, nous avons en 2023 lancé une demarche de certification Numérique Responsable via l'Agence LUCIE, dont le processus est en cours de finition. Notre prochaine étape serait de signer la charte de l'INR afin de formaliser encore davantage notre démarche NR.

  • Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
  • Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
  • Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
  • Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
  • Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
  • Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
  • Favour the use of local and European tools in order to encourage the consolidation of players who respect the sovereignty of European data
  • Participate in or encourage the co-construction/experimentation of Tech4Good
