Filiale immobilière sociale du groupe RATP, créée en 1959, RATP Habitat (anciennement Logis Transports) construit, réhabilite et gère un patrimoine de logements, commerces et résidences en Île-de-France. Notre mission : loger les travailleurs essentiels franciliens en cœur de ville.
Nous partageons avec notre maison-mère la même approche basée sur un dialogue permanent avec :
– Les collectivités, nos donneurs d’ordre,
– Les habitants, dont nos locataires, qui sont également usagers des transports en commun.
Notre parc accueille 37% d’agents RATP ; le reste de nos logements est destiné aux collectivités territoriales, à l’État et autres réservataires comme Action Logement.
RATP Habitat propose une offre complète et diversifiée de logements :
– locatifs sociaux familiaux, collectifs ou individuels,
– en résidences étudiantes, jeunes actifs, ou dédiées à des publics spécifiques,
– en locatif intermédiaire, via sa filiale RATP Habitat Intermédiaire,
– en accession à la propriété à prix maîtrisé, via sa filiale RATP Habitat Accession.

- Deployment of a security plan for its digital environments (antivirus, VPN, supplier audits, permanent monitoring)
- Evaluate the robustness of its infrastructures (regular tests) and prioritise European infrastructures
- Manage my fleet with an inventory by category
- Measure the lifespan of my equipment by type
- Measure the energy consumption and impact of my Information System (multi-criteria analysis)
- Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
- Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
