Le Collectif Rochefort Numérique est une association regroupant des professionnels indépendants intervenants dans les métiers du numérique : graphistes, développeurs, référenceurs, webmarketeurs, ux designers, ergonomes, formateurs, créateurs de contenus multimédias…
Nous nous sommes rencontrés à l’Espace de Coworking de Rochefort. Nos compétences associées et l’envie de travailler sur notre territoire, « en circuit court », ont donné naissance à cette Communauté Numérique. Une volonté nous anime : que l’offre de nos services corresponde à vos besoins et objectifs.
L’association Collectif Rochefort Numérique a pour objet de rassembler les professionnels du numérique en pays rochefortais et promouvoir, créer, développer, organiser, gérer et soutenir toute forme d’action liée au numérique.
Notre charte présente les objectifs du collectif, et les valeurs qui définissent son éthique.
Le collectif :
- Est en lien privilégié avec le Coworking Rochefort Océan ;
- Ancré sur son territoire, a la volonté de développer une offre numérique de proximité ;
- Respecte l’indépendance de chacun de ses membres ;
- Offre une diversité de métiers du numérique ;
- Sensible à l’écologie, vise à favoriser un numérique responsable ;
Nos engagements :
Chaque membre du Collectif Rochefort Numérique s’engage à :
- Faire preuve de respect, bienveillance, tolérance envers les autres membres.
- Assumer ses responsabilités, droits et devoirs tels que définis dans le règlement intérieur et à participer de façon active et régulière à la vie du collectif.
- Rester un professionnel innovant en faisant preuve de créativité.
- Dans un esprit solidaire et de réciprocité, être disponible pour s’entraider, se soutenir, et partager ses compétences.
- Favoriser les échanges et le partage entre les membres.
- Encourager le co-développement, la collaboration par le biais de projets communs.
- Faciliter les rencontres et l’ouverture vers l’extérieur en initiant ou se joignant à des événements liés au numérique.
3 membres du Collectif Rochefort Numérique ont été formés et certifiés au Numérique Responsable par l'INR, à l'université de La Rochelle, auprès de Vincent Courboulay, ainsi qu'a l'animation de la Fresque du Numérique.
Un shéma directeur Numérique Responsable a été élaboré et mis en place au sein du Collectif Rochefort Numérique.
Planned commitments and actions

- Implementing data governance of your organisation and GDPR compliance or by following the principles of the GDPR in compliance with locally applicable data protection rules locally applicable data protection rules for other countries
- Manage my fleet with an inventory by category
- Measure the lifespan of my equipment by type
- Favour the purchase of sustainable equipment (reparability and durability criteria)
- Engage with actors in the reuse sector and/or the social and solidarity economy in the management of the end-of-life of my equipment
- Ensuring that its suppliers and service providers comply with their GDPR requirements or follow the principles of the GDPR in compliance with locally applicable data protection rules for other countries, environmental, social and diversity
- Encourage diversity among my service providers, particularly in relation to disability issues
- Use start-ups, associations and sustainable innovation projects to meet my needs for products and services, and participate in the structuring and improvement of these sustainable offers and services
- Measure the energy consumption and impact of my Information System (multi-criteria analysis)
- Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
- Favouring low-impact energy sources
- Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
- Ensure the development of useful and efficient digital services
- Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
- Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
- Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
- Favour the use of local and European tools in order to encourage the consolidation of players who respect the sovereignty of European data
- Develop in open source to enable virtuous emulation of its ecosystem
