COMPRENDRE
Guider les acteurs des organisations à appréhender les enjeux technologiques, humains et environnementaux, les impacts du numérique et les leviers associés au travers de fresques collaboratives ou de formations.
MESURER
Réaliser un bilan quantitatif (Bilan Carbone ®) et qualitatif de l’impact environnemental et humain du numérique au sein de l’organisation. Suivre des indicateurs de pilotage et les communiquer pour renforcer son engagement et assurer sa conformité.
AGIR
Permettre aux organisations d’intégrer une démarche numérique responsable à leur politique RSE. Définir un schéma directeur numérique, structurer sa feuille de route et déployer son projet. Assurer sa conformité réglementaire. Conduire son organisation vers la labellisation NR.
