PUCE&PLUME fondée en 1989, connait une forte croissance depuis sa reprise il y a 10 ans et réalise un chiffre d’affaires de 15M€ en 2022. Fort de plus de 150 collaborateurs dont la plupart en CDI, répartis sur 4 sites à Paris, banlieue et Région, nous portons un soin particulier à la structuration d’une croissance solide fondée sur des certifications et des process.

PUCE&PLUME est à la fois un centre de services externalisés et une entreprise de Services Numériques sur les traitements de données. Nous avons développé une offre globale composée de plusieurs briques, pour être capable de répondre à tous les besoins digitaux, back et middle office de nos clients, en étant le ONE-STOP-SHOP « agile » du traitement de données.

- Notre activité de centre de services externalisés nous permet d’adresser les enjeux du traitement de la donnée dans sa globalité et ainsi de proposer une offre de service pour le traitement de chèques. En effet, nous opérons déjà plusieurs activités de back (dématérialisation de flux) et middle office (instruction) externalisées pour le compte d’organismes des secteurs privés et publics : gestion d’affaires, d’Assurances, d’OPCOs, et administrations publiques.

- En complément, en tant qu’ESN via notre filiale INQIPIT nous sommes à la fois éditeur et intégrateur informatique de solutions IT de dématérialisation de processus métier, capable d’accompagner nos clients dans leurs enjeux digitaux disruptifs souvent nécessaires pour la mise en place de projet de transformation alliant ressources humaines et techniques.

Ce double positionnement n’est pas le fruit d’une histoire mais d’une vision considérant que nous accompagnerons mieux nos clients en offrant une capacité de traitement numérique et humaine. Le

  • Ensuring that its suppliers and service providers comply with their GDPR requirements or follow the principles of the GDPR in compliance with locally applicable data protection rules for other countries, environmental, social and diversity
  • Encourage diversity among my service providers, particularly in relation to disability issues
  • Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
  • Favouring low-impact energy sources
  • Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
  • Ensure the development of useful and efficient digital services
  • Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
  • Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
  • Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
  • Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
  • Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
  • Favour the use of local and European tools in order to encourage the consolidation of players who respect the sovereignty of European data
  • Develop in open source to enable virtuous emulation of its ecosystem
