Nous sommes promoteurs d’une approche transdisciplinaire « Think & Do » qui combine Data Science, Ingénierie logicielle et Science économique. Nous mettons cette expertise scientifique et opérationnelle au service de la performance des organisations et déployons des projets à fort potentiel d’innovation sur les domaines suivants :

En créant Quadratic, nous avons imaginé une organisation qui dépasse les schémas classiques des sociétés de conseil et leur système de management uniquement pyramidal. La structure de notre groupe favorise l’initiative, elle nous permet de soutenir réellement les projets de nos collaborateurs et d’explorer de nouvelles façons de partager la valeur économique que nous générons collectivement autour du Digital Engineering.

- Favour the use of local and European tools in order to encourage the consolidation of players who respect the sovereignty of European data

- Raise awareness on Sustainable IT (e.g. information workshop, MOOC, dissemination of good practice guides)
- Establish a Sustainable IT Working Group within the organisation

- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
- Develop in open source to enable virtuous emulation of its ecosystem
