Nous sommes un cabinet de conseil en transformation des Systèmes d’Information et Organisations, fondé en 2007. Nous conjuguons vision stratégique des métiers et expertises de nos talents sur l’ensemble de la chaîne de valeur : cadrage personnalisé, pilotage & développement applicatif pour les projets IT.

Chez Meritis, nous sommes conscients de l'impact croissant du numérique sur notre société et notre environnement. Nous avons donc mis en place une stratégie de Numérique Responsable qui s'inscrit dans notre démarche globale de Responsabilité Sociale des Entreprises (RSE) à l'échelle du Groupe.
Notre objectif est d'intégrer des pratiques durables et éthiques tout au long de notre chaîne de valeur, en minimisant les impacts négatifs et en maximisant les bénéfices sociaux et environnementaux. Notre stratégie de Numérique Responsable repose sur les principes clés suivants :
- Sensibilisation et Formation : Nous sensibilisons et formons nos collaborateurs à l'importance du Numérique Responsable, en mettant l'accent sur les bonnes pratiques, les enjeux éthiques et les impacts environnementaux du secteur numérique.
- Éco-conception et Économie Circulaire : Nous favorisons l'éco-conception des solutions numériques en intégrant des critères de durabilité dès les phases de conception et de développement des projets. Nous encourageons également l'économie circulaire en promouvant la réutilisation, le recyclage et la réduction des déchets électroniques.
- Optimisation des Ressources et Énergie : Nous optimisons l'utilisation des ressources et de l'énergie dans nos activités numériques, en favorisant l'efficacité énergétique des data centers, en réduisant la consommation d'énergie de nos équipements et en encourageant l'utilisation responsable des ressources numériques.
- Protection des Données et Confidentialité : Nous accordons une attention particulière à la protection des données et à la confidentialité de nos clients et partenaires. Nous mettons en place des mesures de sécurité robustes et nous nous conformons aux réglementations en matière de protection des données, en veillant à la transparence et au respect de la vie privée.
- Partenariats et Collaboration : Nous collaborons avec nos clients, partenaires et parties prenantes pour promouvoir le Numérique Responsable. Nous encourageons le dialogue et l'échange d'expertise afin de développer des solutions innovantes et durables pour relever les défis numériques de notre époque.
Pour soutenir notre stratégie de Numérique Responsable, nous avons mis en place une politique RSE solide qui définit nos engagements et nos actions concrètes dans ce domaine. Cette politique est régulièrement évaluée, mise à jour et communiquée à l'ensemble de nos collaborateurs, clients et parties prenantes. Chez Meritis, nous sommes fiers de notre engagement en faveur du Numérique Responsable et de notre contribution à un avenir durable et éthique. Nous continuerons à innover et à agir de manière responsable pour un impact positif à long terme, en intégrant les principes de la RSE dans toutes nos activités numériques.

- Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
- Measure the impact of its digital services (e.g. frequency of use or energy consumption) using a multi-criteria and global approach to the entire service (equipment, servers, networks, etc.)
- Ensure the development of useful and efficient digital services
- Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
- Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
- Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
- Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
- Making anonymised data available to enable the development of innovative services that can benefit users and citizens
- Favour the use of local and European tools in order to encourage the consolidation of players who respect the sovereignty of European data
