Ntico, entreprise de services du numérique est une communauté de talents, présente à Lille, Orléans et Montpellier, partageant des valeurs essentielles pour un accompagnement total et personnalisé de ses clients.
Le groupe Ntico est né en mars 2010 de la volonté de ses associés de créer une entreprise à taille humaine, apportant une double compétence métier et technique à ses clients, dans un esprit de collaboration gagnant/gagnant. Ce sont 140 talents impliqués sur des missions variées grâce à ses différentes entités :
Ntico Services, Ntico Operation, Ntico Solutions et Ntico Logistics.

Ntico est engagé dans une politique RSE autour des ODD 5,8 et 12 avec trois engagements forts : améliorer la parité et l'accès à la formation des femmes dans les métiers du digital, générer une croissance durable et rentable au service du bien-être des collaborateurs, accompagner nos collaborateurs vers un mode de vie plus responsable et l'entreprise vers la sobriété. Cette politique a été communiquée en décembre 2022 et se traduit par des plans d'action concrets partagés avec l'ensemble des collaborateurs.

  • Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
  • Ensure the development of useful and efficient digital services
  • Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
  • Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
  • Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
  • Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
  • Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
  • Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
