ECHOS est un bureau d’études créé en 2002 par Sylvain TEISSIER, dont le siège est situé à saint Jean du Cardonnay à 15kms de Rouen avec une antenne à Nantes (44).
Depuis plus de 21 ans, ECHOS participe à la conception de bâtiments performants.
ECHOS c’est :
3 métiers : AMO – BET TCE – Maîtrise d’œuvre (en rénovation).
5 compétences : Economie de la construction, ingénierie énergétique & environnementale, ingénierie électrique, OPC
9 expertises complémentaires : Cout global, BIM, bilan carbone, certifications environnementales, simulation thermique dynamique, passiv haus, construction bois-paille, frugalité, réemploi
12 collaborateurs.
A la fois en tant qu’ingénierie du bâtiment et en tant que groupe humain de maintenant 12 personnes, depuis 21 ans, nous nous appliquons à respecter au maximum des principes fondés sur la sobriété et des choix raisonnés pour minimiser notre impact en accord avec les valeurs que nous défendons.
A ce titre, nous sommes engagés pour atteindre la neutralité carbone de notre activité.
Notre but est d’accompagner tous les maîtres d’ouvrages et architectes qui ambitionnent de réaliser des projets réellement vertueux énergétiquement, environnementalement mais aussi confortables et économiques,
Planned commitments and actions
- Raise awareness on Sustainable IT (e.g. information workshop, MOOC, dissemination of good practice guides)
- Enter a Sustainable IT labelling initiative
- Organise a Digital Cleanup Day
- Deployment of a security plan for its digital environments (antivirus, VPN, supplier audits, permanent monitoring)
- Engage with actors in the reuse sector and/or the social and solidarity economy in the management of the end-of-life of my equipment
- Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
- Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
