La société CRAYON est un cabinet de conseil spécialisé dans la gestion, l’acquisition et l’optimisation financière des actifs logiciels et des contrats licences des principaux éditeurs du marché.
A ce titre, nous accompagnons nos clients dans l’optimisation de leurs modèles licensing et dans la (re)négociation de leurs contrats logiciels : Microsoft - Oracle – IBM...
En tant que Microsoft Global License solution Partner (LSP) nous aidons nos clients à définir le véhicule contractuel le mieux adapté à leurs besoins, en fonction de leurs usages et de leurs projets, à anticiper les changements de métriques et à optimiser leurs conditions d'acquisition par une démarche méthodique et une maitrise des cadres technique, commercial et juridique des principaux éditeurs du marché.
