Société de conseil et de services informatiques, pure player Salesforce avec sa filiale Cloudity et éditeur de la suite logicielle Reflex pour la logistique, Hardis Group s’est donné pour mission d'accélérer la transformation durable du commerce, de la supply chain et des systèmes d’information de ses clients grâce aux technologies du Cloud, en Europe et à l'international. 
Le groupe articule sa stratégie RSE autour de trois piliers : la réduction de l’empreinte environnementale de ses activités et de celles de ses clients, la diversité et l’égalité des chances ainsi que l’insertion par l’éducation.
Hardis Group compte 1 500 collaborateurs et a réalisé un chiffre d’affaires de 132,7 millions d’euros en 2021. La société est implantée en France (siège social à Grenoble et agences à Lyon, Paris, Lille, Nantes et Bordeaux), en Pologne, aux Pays-Bas, en Espagne, en Allemagne et en Suède.

Créée en 1984, Hardis Group s'est donné pour mission de concrétiser le potentiel des technologies pour transformer le business, optimiser la supply chain et améliorer la performance de ses clients. Le groupe est composé de trois entités : Hardis Tech Services (société de conseil et de services informatiques), Hardis Supply Chain (éditeur de logiciels pour la supply chain) et Cloudity (intégrateur Salesforce et Workvivo).

  • Evaluate the robustness of its infrastructures (regular tests) and prioritise European infrastructures
  • Integrate environmental requirements in my calls for tender and establish a dialogue and measurement elements over the duration of the service with my suppliers
  • Encourage diversity among my service providers, particularly in relation to disability issues

  • Measure the impact of its digital services (e.g. frequency of use or energy consumption) using a multi-criteria and global approach to the entire service (equipment, servers, networks, etc.)

  • Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
  • Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
  • Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
  • Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
  • Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
