Presentation

Créé en 2006, Zenika est un cabinet d’innovation technologique, managériale et organisationnelle, qui accompagne les entreprises dans leur transformation numérique.
Nous pensons que l’innovation est à la portée de quiconque a l’audace de sortir de sa zone de confort et de dépasser ses limites. Le numérique sera l’élément fondateur du monde de demain, et il est essentiel de bâtir ensemble un monde plus simple, plus ouvert, et plus accessible à tous.

Nous souhaitons faire le lien entre le monde organique et le monde numérique, pour que le numérique s’inscrive dans le prolongement du monde organique et non à ses dépends.
C’est pourquoi nous tendons la main à tous ceux qui croient en une réalité alternative, à tous ceux qui ont la conviction de bousculer l’ordre établi. Apportant nos nombreuses expertises et notre façon de penser, nous les accompagnons dans une aventure humaine et technologique, et les poussons à aller toujours plus loin à nos côtés. Dans cette démarche, nous soutenons les communautés notamment en sponsorisant presque toutes les grandes conférences techniques et agiles ou en hébergeant des événements organisés par des communautés locales, et quand cela est possible nous contribuons à la communauté open source pour apporter notre expertise à des projets ou mettre à disposition de tous des outils que nous concevons.

Passionnés du code et de l’innovation, notre rôle est de co-construire un monde plus simple, plus ouvert, plus libre et plus accessible à tous. Quotidiennement cela s'appuie sur des programmes d'intégration et d'équité. ZDiversity est notre programme de sensibilisation interne autour des sujets de handicap, d'égalité des chances, d'équilibre vie pro / vie perso et d'équité de genre. En parallèle, nous facilitons les initiatives relatives à la transition éco-responsable du groupe en interne et pour aider la transition de nos clients.

Tout ceci est possible grâce à nos collaboratrices et collaborateurs. Une grande place est donnée aux initiatives qui auront un impact positif sur notre société ; elles sont portées ou choisies par nos collaborateurs et nous les soutenons.
