La Ruche Qui Code est une agence de conception de services et systèmes numériques mais c’est d’abord la concrétisation d’une vision commune entre ses deux co-fondateurs, partagée depuis de longues années. Nous sommes profondément convaincus qu’il est possible de faire bouger les lignes du numérique et c’est ce que nous faisons, à notre échelle, en l’inscrivant dans une démarche plus sobre et plus vertueuse.
Depuis maintenant plusieurs années l’humain doit faire face à un nouveau challenge : celui de la transition écologique. Tous les secteurs doivent y faire face et s’adapter et le numérique n’est pas une exception, au contraire.
Fruit d'une prise de conscience et de plusieurs années d'expérience dans le secteur du développement logiciel et web, La Ruche Qui Code est déterminée à faire bouger les lignes du numérique pour aider à bâtir une société plus sobre et solidaire, à son échelle et avec ses moyens.
Qu'on le veuille ou non, le numérique tient un rôle clé dans cette étape de transition. Son impact, positif ou négatif, est déterminé par la manière dont il est utilisé.
Il est primordial d'une part que les acteurs du changement nécessitant des solutions numériques soient bien accompagnés pour garantir leurs sobriétés numériques.
D'autre part, en tant qu'expert, il est de notre responsabilité de re-challenger nos métiers, de s’adapter, et continuer à s’améliorer pour mieux concevoir.
Ainsi en adoptant une démarche bas-carbone, en changeant nos méthodes sur l’ensemble de la chaîne de conception, en intégrant l'accessibilité et l'éco-conception comme fondations de nos réalisations, il est possible de construire ensemble un numérique diffèrent, le numérique de demain.

- Use start-ups, associations and sustainable innovation projects to meet my needs for products and services, and participate in the structuring and improvement of these sustainable offers and services
- Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
- Favouring low-impact energy sources
- Measure the impact of its digital services (e.g. frequency of use or energy consumption) using a multi-criteria and global approach to the entire service (equipment, servers, networks, etc.)
- Ensure the development of useful and efficient digital services
- Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
- Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
- Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
- Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
- Favour the use of local and European tools in order to encourage the consolidation of players who respect the sovereignty of European data
- Encouraging territorial innovations by testing and deploying social and environmental digital products and services
