Presentation

Ouest Médias est une ancienne agence de presse, créée en 2022.
Depuis 2016, elle est engagée dans un processus évolutif de transformation numérique.
En 2022, elle a finit d'internaliser l'ensemble de la chaîne de valeurs : stratégie, création ou optimisation de site internet (architecture de l'information et arborescence, UX et UI, développement et intégration sous WordPress, production de contenu éditorial, optimisation du référencement naturel, amélioration continue…).
Elle s'inscrit progressivement dans une démarche éco et numérique responsable pour être, à terme car cela demande des montées en compétences, en mesure de proposer et concevoir des plateformes éco-conçues.
Elle délivre déjà des sites qui prennent en compte les résultas des tests Green-it, websitecarbon, Green web foundation.
Elle travaille sur la légèreté des interfaces, la compression des images, la suppression des vidéos et des appels de code tiers… mais aussi l'optimisation du SEO on page (dans une vision également responsable du référencement naturel pour l'affichage dans les SERP de pages utiles). Elle ne néglige pas les balises ALT !
Elle supprime les cookies et a opté pour Matomo comme outil de mesure d'audience.
Les clients de l'agence ont tous des engagements avérés… avec des dirigeant.e.s engagé.e.s.
L'agence Ouest Médias est également à parité (ou presque, nous sommes 11 -> 5 filles et 6 garçons).
Notre volonté en 2023 est d'accélérer sur cette voie de l'éco-conception en nous attaquant à la structure du code, d'où le recrutement en cours d'un développeur H/F dédié et en interne.
L'UX senior de l'entreprise coordonne déjà un groupe de réflexion interne sur NR et bonnes pratiques
L'agence fonctionne aujourd'hui en hybride 3j télétravail / 2j présentiel
Son dirigeant Pierre Minier, est l'un des membres fondateurs de la Communauté French Tech Saint-Nazaire La Baule et très impliqué au sein de cette association
