Inconito est une agence de communication qui comporte un pôle digital constitué d'une douzaine de personnes : chefs de projets, UX et UI, développeurs.
Tous les membres de l'équipe sont certifiés Opquast ou en cours de certification. La plupart a également suivi une formation en accessibilité numérique.
Nous avons développé des sites internet et/ ou des dispositifs digitaux pour Paris Musées le Musée d'Orsay, France Museum, La Cité de l'architecture et du patrimoine, La Bulac, le département de la Moselle et celui de l'Orne, la Rédion Occitanie, Atlas Opco, l'ATMO, l'Agence de l'eau, mais également des entreprises du secteur privé comme Novartis, la mutuelle Via Santé, etc...
Les formations Opquast ont sensibilisé depuis plusieurs années les équipes et la directions à des problématiques diverses dont l'eco conception, l'accessibilité, la sécurité, le respect de la vie privée... et nous ont amenés à nous interroger sur les impacts environnementaux et sociétaux de nos prestations web, à vouloir les identifier et les minimiser.
Il est nécessaire de franchir une autre étape et de minimiser l’impact de nos prestations autrement que par l’écoconception en programmation.
Signer la Charte Numérique Responsable est un moyen pour nous de renouveler notre implication pour un numérique responsable auprès de nos collaborateurs, nos clients et nos partenaires et de pouvoir progresser en impliquant davantage notre équipes.
Planned commitments and actions
- Raise awareness on Sustainable IT (e.g. information workshop, MOOC, dissemination of good practice guides)
- Communicate to its stakeholders on the actions taken
- Evaluate the robustness of its infrastructures (regular tests) and prioritise European infrastructures
- Manage my fleet with an inventory by category
- Favour the purchase of sustainable equipment (reparability and durability criteria)
- Engage with actors in the reuse sector and/or the social and solidarity economy in the management of the end-of-life of my equipment
- Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
- Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
- Ensure the development of useful and efficient digital services
- Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
- Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
- Develop in open source to enable virtuous emulation of its ecosystem
