Presentation
Situé en province de Namur, le CHU UCL Namur est réparti sur les sites hospitaliers de Dinant, Godinne et Sainte-Elisabeth. Outre l’activité hospitalière, le CHU dispose d’infrastructures d’hébergement de personnes âgées et d’accueil de la petite enfance. Il peut également s’appuyer sur des policliniques situées à Erpent, Ciney et Givet (France). Le Foyer Saint-François, centre de soins palliatifs de 10 lits, vient compléter l’ensemble. Fort de plus de 4.500 collaborateurs et de 500 médecins, le CHU UCL Namur propose une offre de soins et de services complète à ses patients et ses résidents.
Celle-ci est composée de départements complets de médecine et de chirurgie, de plateaux techniques modernes en imagerie et biologie médicale, d’hôpitaux de jour et d’un secteur de pathologie cancéreuse reconnu. Le CHU, qui constitue le premier centre de transplantation pulmonaire de la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles, intègre également un pôle mère-enfant (services de pédiatrie, maternités, blocs d’accouchement et services de néonatologie) ainsi que plusieurs centres d’excellence (chirurgie cardiaque, chirurgie maxillo-faciale, hématologie, oncologie, O.R.L., radiothérapie, etc.).

- Evaluate the robustness of its infrastructures (regular tests) and prioritise European infrastructures

- Engage with actors in the reuse sector and/or the social and solidarity economy in the management of the end-of-life of my equipment
- Integrate environmental requirements in my calls for tender and establish a dialogue and measurement elements over the duration of the service with my suppliers
- Ensuring that its suppliers and service providers comply with their GDPR requirements or follow the principles of the GDPR in compliance with locally applicable data protection rules for other countries, environmental, social and diversity
- Favouring low-impact energy sources
- Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
- Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
- Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
- Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
- Making anonymised data available to enable the development of innovative services that can benefit users and citizens
