Applium est un cabinet de conseil et un intégrateur qui a fait le choix depuis sa création en 2002 de se positionner sur l’expertise et les prestations de service à forte valeur ajoutée, autour des solutions SAP (dont l’ERP SAP S/4HANA dans sa dernière version).
Nos clients nous sollicitent dans le cadre de projets complexes de mise en oeuvre de SAP ERP, impliquant des équipes Applium complètes avançant dans le cadre d’une méthodologie éprouvée et sous la responsabilité de Directeurs de projets Applium.
Nos clients attendent d’Applium une véritable démarche de conseil et d’expertise. Ils font également régulièrement appel à nous dès qu’ils souhaitent avancer sur des sujets innovants. Ce positionnement se traduit par des missions riches et passionnantes pour nos consultants.
Applium est engagé depuis de nombreuses années dans une démarche de Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises (RSE). La société a fondé sa réussite sur le respect de ses collaborateurs. En effet, nous sommes convaincus qu'une entreprise ne peut réussir et progresser que si les collaborateurs sont épanouis dans leurs vies personnelles et trouvent un bon équilibre entre leur vie personnelle et professionnelle.
Par ailleurs, nous prenons chaque année d'avantage conscience de l'urgence à mettre en oeuvre des pratiques plus respectueuses de la planète. Cette prise de conscience est largement partagée par la Direction de l'entreprise et par ses collaborateurs qui adhèrent aux démarches mises en oeuvre et sont souvent force de proposition. Signer la charte de la diversité Numérique nous permet de poursuivre nos actions dans ce domaine.

- Deployment of a security plan for its digital environments (antivirus, VPN, supplier audits, permanent monitoring)
- Evaluate the robustness of its infrastructures (regular tests) and prioritise European infrastructures

- Encourage diversity among my service providers, particularly in relation to disability issues
- Use start-ups, associations and sustainable innovation projects to meet my needs for products and services, and participate in the structuring and improvement of these sustainable offers and services
- Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
- Favouring low-impact energy sources
- Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
- Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
- Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
- Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
- Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
- Favour the use of local and European tools in order to encourage the consolidation of players who respect the sovereignty of European data
