BELHARRA est une Entreprise de Services du Numérique spécialisée dans l'ingénierie informatique décisionnelle, les solutions collaboratives et le développement d'applications.
Notre équipe, de 49 collaborateurs, a acquis une expertise reconnue depuis 16 ans et notre volonté est d'accompagner la modernisation des systèmes d'information et la transformation numérique des organisations.
Notre souhait de nous démarquer et de valoriser nos engagements éthiques au travers d’un projet collectif d’entreprise a fait naître notre démarche de labellisation Entreprise Numérique Responsable. Notre implication a été récompensée puisque nous avons obtenu la labellisation ENR par France IT, en septembre 2018, renouvelée en 2020.
Aujourd’hui, l’évolution du label Numérique responsable, proposé par l’Agence Lucie, nous incite à évoluer dans notre démarche et nous avons déjà entamé des travaux dans ce sens.
Grâce à l’accompagnement de l’antic Pays Basque, nous avons fait le point sur notre autoévaluation pour pouvoir poursuivre notre engagement et réalisé des actions en interne, telles que la réalisation d’une fresque du numérique avec les ambassadeurs de la démarche. De plus, notre chargée de marketing, référente de la démarche en interne, a réalisé la formation « Démarche de Labellisation Numérique Responsable » de 3 jours.
