Exomind est une fusion entre le cabinet de conseil IT et l'agence de développement. Notre raison d'être est de révéler le potentiel digital de nos consultants et de nos clients. Exomind accompagne les startups et les grands groupes de la définition à la réalisation de leurs projets numériques. Notre spécialisation technique regroupe différentes technologies dans les domaines mobiles, web, applicatif métier et data. En ce qui concerne le cabinet de conseil IT, nos consultants interviennent au sein des équipes clients pour les accompagner dans la mise en place de projets structurants et novateurs. Dans ce cadre, ils assistent les clients dans toutes les étapes importantes d'un projet, du cadrage à la post production. Pour ce qui est de l'agence de développement, nos équipes réalisent des applications web et mobiles sur mesure. Nos équipes de Tech Lead, Développeurs, Product Owner et Designers, maitrisent l'ensemble de la chaine de réalisation projet : conseil, design, développement, qualité et post production. Exomind, c'est une vision partagée par l'ensemble des collaborateurs sur la manière d'être au plus près des besoins de nos clients et d'accompagner la transition numérique au plus près des besoins métiers. En outre, nous avons pour ambition de replacer l'humain au cœur de notre activité de conseil. Nous apportons ainsi notre soutien à plusieurs associations. A l'occasion de salons étudiants et de rencontres écoles, nous transmettons également notre expertise aux jeunes ingénieurs en informatique. Bienveillance et
convictions nous permettent de concilier performance économique, sociale et environnementale.

- Ensuring that its suppliers and service providers comply with their GDPR requirements or follow the principles of the GDPR in compliance with locally applicable data protection rules for other countries, environmental, social and diversity
- Encourage diversity among my service providers, particularly in relation to disability issues
- Use start-ups, associations and sustainable innovation projects to meet my needs for products and services, and participate in the structuring and improvement of these sustainable offers and services
- Measure the energy consumption and impact of my Information System (multi-criteria analysis)
- Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
- Favouring low-impact energy sources
- Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
- Measure the impact of its digital services (e.g. frequency of use or energy consumption) using a multi-criteria and global approach to the entire service (equipment, servers, networks, etc.)
- Ensure the development of useful and efficient digital services
- Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
- Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
- Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
- Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
