La commune de Fauvillers est une très petite commune, de 2300 habitants. Nos moyens sont donc très limités.
Nous avons un service informatique qui intervient une fois par mois dans nos bâtiments et qui assure un suivi régulier à distance, et nous avons un responsable RGPD pour 1/8e. C'est tout ce qui concerne l'équipe informatique.
Nous veillons déjà depuis plusieurs années à la diminution de l'empreinte écologique du numérique, en augmentant la durée de vie du matériel, en réparant, en réutilisant.
Nous disposons d'un Espace public numérique accessible à tout le monde, avec accompagnement.
Nous souhaitons sensibiliser, tant notre personnel que nos citoyens à de bonnes pratiques. Au niveau des services, nous envisageons de nous orienter vers des GSM reconditionnés ou des fairphones, à poursuivre la politique de durée de vie des installations informatiques, à former à un usage moins énergivore de la bande passante. Des actions au niveau de la sécurité des données, du respect du RGPD, de la sélection des informations à conserver sur le serveur est déjà en cours et nous a permis aussi de rationaliser certaines pratiques.
Nous n'avons donc pas des moyens énormes et nous ne pouvons pas avancer à grande vitesse, mais, dans le cadre du PAEDC, nous comptons poursuivre les efforts et notamment la communication vers les citoyens.

- Deployment of a security plan for its digital environments (antivirus, VPN, supplier audits, permanent monitoring)
- Measure the lifespan of my equipment by type
- Favour the purchase of sustainable equipment (reparability and durability criteria)
- Engage with actors in the reuse sector and/or the social and solidarity economy in the management of the end-of-life of my equipment
- Ensuring that its suppliers and service providers comply with their GDPR requirements or follow the principles of the GDPR in compliance with locally applicable data protection rules for other countries, environmental, social and diversity
- Encourage diversity among my service providers, particularly in relation to disability issues
- Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
- Favouring low-impact energy sources
- Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
- Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
- Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
- Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
- Favour the use of local and European tools in order to encourage the consolidation of players who respect the sovereignty of European data
- Develop in open source to enable virtuous emulation of its ecosystem
