Notre principal objectif est de proposer des services numériques responsables, éthique et inclusif (sensibilisation de nos équipes sur l’impact du numérique, plan de formation axé sur l’ecoconception, l’accessibilité, la cybersécurité et la rse).
Nous avons mis en place une politique de gestion responsable du matériel, des infrastructures et de de nos locaux (travaux d’isolation des locaux, mise en application des consignes de température, système de chauffage autonome).
Notre charte interne de développement durable sensibilise nos collaborateurs sur tous les ecogestes en mettant l’accent sur le domaine numérique.
Obtention en 2023 du label Numérique Responsable Niveau 1 délivré par l’Agence Lucie et l’Institut du Numérique Responsable.

01/ Soutenir la stratégie numérique responsable
- Formation à l'accessibilité numérique à partir de 2023
- Accompagner le développement des compétences en NR grâce à la mise en place d’un plan de formation visant à intégrer la montée en compétences générales en ecoconception, cybersécurité et accessibilité numérique.
02/ Proposer à nos clients des conseils et solutions numériques éthiques, accessibles et eco-concues
- Objectifs 2024 : 70% des site vitrine en ecoconception avec un index situé entre A et B (selon ecoindex)
- Intégrer les principes de la conception responsable dès l'expression de besoin et tout au long du cycle de vie
03/ Mesurer notre empreinte carbone et mettre en place des actions pour la réduire
- Action lancée en décembre 2023 : mesure de l’empreinte carbone de notre activité bilan réalisé par un cabinet externe par Green You Up
- Définition et mise en œuvre d'un plan d'atténuation
04/ Adopter une gestion responsable de ses équipements
- Mise en place en interne d’un guide d’achat des Achats Responsables
- Création d'un fichier listant les partenaires locaux de réparation et de revalorisation du matériel
