La démarche Numérique Responsable de France Travail repose sur une ambition claire : faire du numérique un levier d'inclusion, d'efficacité et de transition écologique, au service de l'humain, de la planète et des territoires.
Elle s'articule autour de 5 enjeux clés :
- Le premier est l'inclusion numérique : garantir l'accès et l'autonomie pour tous, notamment les publics les plus éloignés du digital.
- Le deuxième vise la réduction de l'empreinte environnementale, en allongeant la durée de vie des équipements, en optimisant la consommation d'énergie et en limitant les déchets électroniques.
- Le troisième enjeu porte sur un numérique de confiance et éthique, avec la protection des données, la transparence des algorithmes et la lutte contre les biais.
- Le quatrième est l'ancrage territorial : être un acteur numérique de proximité, au plus près des besoins locaux.
- Le cinquième enjeu appelle à l'exemplarité et à la mobilisation collective, en formant les collaborateurs et en intégrant le numérique responsable dans tous les projets et achats.

Concrètement, cela se traduit par le recours à l'achats de matériel durables, la sobriété énergétique, la sécurisation des données, la conception de services accessibles à tous, et le développement de partenariats locaux.
France Travail porte une conviction forte : un numérique responsable est avant tout un numérique utile, humain et durable, au service de l'emploi et de la société.

  • Ensuring that its suppliers and service providers comply with their GDPR requirements or follow the principles of the GDPR in compliance with locally applicable data protection rules for other countries, environmental, social and diversity
  • Encourage diversity among my service providers, particularly in relation to disability issues
  • Measure the energy consumption and impact of my Information System (multi-criteria analysis)
  • Favouring low-impact energy sources
  • Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
  • Measure the impact of its digital services (e.g. frequency of use or energy consumption) using a multi-criteria and global approach to the entire service (equipment, servers, networks, etc.)
  • Ensure the development of useful and efficient digital services
  • Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
  • Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
  • Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
  • Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
  • Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
  • Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
  • Develop in open source to enable virtuous emulation of its ecosystem
