Bertek est une ESN spécialisée dans les domaines de la data, de l'observabilité, du cloud souverain, du DevSecOps et de la cybersécurité. L’entreprise intervient auprès de ses clients en Europe depuis plusieurs implantations à Paris, Montpellier et Varsovie.
Consciente de l’impact environnemental et sociétal du numérique, Bertek a engagé depuis plusieurs années une démarche structurée en matière de responsabilité numérique et de RSE. L’entreprise privilégie un fonctionnement entièrement dématérialisé avec une politique zéro papier et l’utilisation systématique de la signature électronique pour les documents contractuels.
Dans une logique de sobriété numérique et de réduction de l’empreinte carbone, Bertek utilise principalement des solutions SaaS et favorise le télétravail afin de limiter les déplacements. L’entreprise met également en place une gestion responsable de son matériel informatique : les équipements sont utilisés en leasing afin de garantir des outils performants, puis proposés aux salariés en fin de contrat ou orientés vers des filières de reconditionnement.
Bertek intègre également des critères responsables dans ses achats IT et sensibilise régulièrement ses collaborateurs aux bonnes pratiques numériques et aux enjeux de cybersécurité. L’entreprise a par ailleurs engagé une démarche de certification ISO 27001 et dispose d’une politique RSE formalisée.
Cette démarche a été reconnue par EcoVadis avec l’obtention d’une médaille Gold en juillet 2025 et un score de 78/100. La signature de la Charte Numérique Responsable s’inscrit dans la volonté de Bertek de structurer davantage ses engagements et de contribuer activement à un numérique plus responsable.

- Raise awareness on Sustainable IT (e.g. information workshop, MOOC, dissemination of good practice guides)
- Organise a Digital Cleanup Day
