Chaumeil exerce ses activités dans le domaine de la communication imprimée et propose des produits et services tels que la gestion globale d’impression, l’impression de documents petits formats (brochures, flyers, manuels…) et grands formats (PLV, signalétique, bâches, panneaux…). L’entreprise intervient principalement sur le marché B2B et répond à des exigences qui peuvent être techniques, réglementaires et contractuelles. Les clients sont de tous types, que ce soient des organismes publics comme des donneurs d’ordre privés, de tous les secteurs confondus.
A travers son service de Print Management, Chaumeil propose aussi à ses clients des portails de commandes adaptés à leurs attentes.
Même si le numérique n'est pas notre cœur d'activité, nous l'utilisons tous les jours et développons des services à travers nos portails; c'est pourquoi nous souhaitons intégrer le Numérique Responsable comme un sujet de notre stratégie RSE reconnue.
La signature de la Charte Numérique Responsable représente une première brique de la démarche.

- Establish a Sustainable IT Working Group within the organisation

- Deployment of a security plan for its digital environments (antivirus, VPN, supplier audits, permanent monitoring)
- Evaluate the robustness of its infrastructures (regular tests) and prioritise European infrastructures

- Engage with actors in the reuse sector and/or the social and solidarity economy in the management of the end-of-life of my equipment

- Ensuring that its suppliers and service providers comply with their GDPR requirements or follow the principles of the GDPR in compliance with locally applicable data protection rules for other countries, environmental, social and diversity
- Encourage diversity among my service providers, particularly in relation to disability issues
