Presentation
Depuis 40 ans, FODENO, organisme de formation professionnelle, sous statut associatif à but non lucratif, est un acteur Formations et accompagnement socioprofessionnel, au service des publics, des collectivités, des entreprises et des territoires de l’agglomération havraise, de la Seine Maritime et de la Normandie. Nous sommes administrés par des élus des collectivités locales, des représentants syndicaux, des représentants de comité d’entreprises et des personnalités qualifiées.
Nos actions s’adressent prioritairement en direction des publics adultes, demandeurs d’emploi, sans qualification ou de premier niveau de qualification, en situation d’illettrisme, d’illectronisme, sans maitrise de la langue française. Nous accompagnons et formons plus de 2000 personnes par an.
Nous sommes certifiés ISO 9001 depuis 2006, certifié Qualiopi. La maitrise, le pilotage et le contrôle de nos projets et actions caractérisent notre savoir-faire sur le plan local, départemental et régional. La déontologie et les pratiques éthiques sont fondamentales dans notre action et au cœur de nos engagements.
Le travail partenarial avec l’ensemble des acteurs en lien avec notre objet est également au cœur de nos pratiques et reconnu comme tel. Enfin, l’amélioration continue et l’innovation constituent un axe autour duquel se déclinent nos références, validées et contrôlées lors de comités de pilotage dédiés à nos projets, et par l’ensemble de nos financeurs.
Notre organisation est sectorisée en plusieurs domaines :
• Les actions de formation, principalement financées par la Région Normandie, France Travail, l’OFII et les entreprises, mise en œuvre dans notre CFA Seine Normandie ou dans nos actions inscrites de la Politique Régionale de formation.
• Les actions d’accompagnement socioprofessionnel principalement financées par le Fonds Social Européen, la DRJSCS, France Travail, le Département de Seine Maritime, Le Havre Seine Métropole, les collectivités locales.
• Les projets de territoire : Nous sommes porteurs du Pôle Mobilité de la Métropole Havraise, des Espaces Numériques Mobiles de Normandie, labellisés France Services en Seine Maritime et sur les Quartiers Prioritaires relevant de Politique de la Ville, et nous sommes également acteur du développement des compétences digitales sur notre territoire.

- Raise awareness on Sustainable IT (e.g. information workshop, MOOC, dissemination of good practice guides)
- Enter a Sustainable IT labelling initiative
- Evaluate the robustness of its infrastructures (regular tests) and prioritise European infrastructures
- Engage with actors in the reuse sector and/or the social and solidarity economy in the management of the end-of-life of my equipment
- Integrate environmental requirements in my calls for tender and establish a dialogue and measurement elements over the duration of the service with my suppliers
- Measure the energy consumption and impact of my Information System (multi-criteria analysis)
- Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
- Ensure the development of useful and efficient digital services
- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
- Making anonymised data available to enable the development of innovative services that can benefit users and citizens
- Encouraging territorial innovations by testing and deploying social and environmental digital products and services

- Establish a Sustainable IT Working Group within the organisation
- Implementing data governance of your organisation and GDPR compliance or by following the principles of the GDPR in compliance with locally applicable data protection rules locally applicable data protection rules for other countries
- Deployment of a security plan for its digital environments (antivirus, VPN, supplier audits, permanent monitoring)
- Manage my fleet with an inventory by category
- Favour the purchase of sustainable equipment (reparability and durability criteria)
- Engage with actors in the reuse sector and/or the social and solidarity economy in the management of the end-of-life of my equipment
- Integrate environmental requirements in my calls for tender and establish a dialogue and measurement elements over the duration of the service with my suppliers
- Use start-ups, associations and sustainable innovation projects to meet my needs for products and services, and participate in the structuring and improvement of these sustainable offers and services
- Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
- Ensure the development of useful and efficient digital services
- Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
- Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
