L’Université de Rouen Normandie est un établissement public pluridisciplinaire d’enseignement supérieur et de recherche, implanté au cœur de la normandie. Elle accueille près de 35 000 étudiants et s’appuie sur une communauté de plus de 2500 personnels.

Acteur majeur de la formation et de la recherche en Normandie, l’université conduit ses missions dans une attention constante portée à la démocratisation de l’enseignement supérieur, à la réussite étudiante et au développement économique, social et culturel des territoires.

Par l’activité de ses 38 laboratoires, l’Université de Rouen Normandie produit des connaissances dans l’ensemble des grands champs disciplinaires : sciences et technologies, santé, sciences humaines et sociales, droit, économie et gestion. Cette recherche, ancrée dans les disciplines, s’inscrit également dans des dynamiques transversales et partenariales, à l’échelle régionale, nationale et internationale.

Parmi ses orientations stratégiques, l’Université de Rouen Normandie fait de la transition environnementale et sociétale un des axes structurant de son projet d’établissement. Cette ambition traverse l’ensemble de ses missions : enseignement, recherche, vie de campus, partenariats.   • Measure the impact of its digital services (e.g. frequency of use or energy consumption) using a multi-criteria and global approach to the entire service (equipment, servers, networks, etc.)
  • Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
  • Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
  • Favour the use of local and European tools in order to encourage the consolidation of players who respect the sovereignty of European data
