Konica Minolta France est la filiale française du groupe international Konica Minolta Inc., acteur historique et reconnu dans les domaines de l’imagerie professionnelle, de la transformation digitale et des services IT. Présent en France depuis plus de 50 ans, le groupe accompagne les entreprises privées comme les organisations publiques dans la modernisation de leurs environnements de travail, en proposant des solutions alliant impression, dématérialisation, gestion documentaire, sécurité et services managés.
Avec plus de 1 100 collaborateurs sur le territoire et un réseau d’agences couvrant l’ensemble du pays, Konica Minolta France place l’innovation et la proximité au cœur de sa stratégie.
Konica Minolta France s’inscrit depuis de nombreuses années dans une démarche de responsabilité sociétale ambitieuse. Celle-ci repose sur trois piliers :
1) Environnement
- Réduction de l’empreinte carbone chez nos clients avec nos équipements et services.
- Eco-conception des produits (baisse de la consommation énergétique, utilisation de matériaux recyclés, limitation des substances dangereuses).
- Programmes de collecte et de recyclage des consommables et équipements en fin de vie.
2) Social (collaborateurs)
- Priorité donnée au bien-être, à la sécurité et au développement professionnel des collaborateurs.
- Programmes de diversité, d’inclusion et d’égalité professionnelle.
- Déploiement d’un réseau d’ambassadeurs RSE.
3) Territoires
- Présence d’un réseau d’agences sur l’ensemble du territoire national.
- Promotion d’actions en faveur du handicap, notamment au travers de la fondation d’entreprise.
- Actions de mécénat, notamment auprès de nos para-triathlètes.
Consciente de son rôle majeur dans l’écosystème numérique, Konica Minolta France souhaite intégrer encore plus fortement les enjeux de sobriété, de soutenabilité et d’éthique dans ses offres et dans ses pratiques internes. En signant cette charte, l'entreprise souhaite formalisé son engagement en faveur d'un numérique plus responsable.

- Implementing data governance of your organisation and GDPR compliance or by following the principles of the GDPR in compliance with locally applicable data protection rules locally applicable data protection rules for other countries
- Deployment of a security plan for its digital environments (antivirus, VPN, supplier audits, permanent monitoring)
- Evaluate the robustness of its infrastructures (regular tests) and prioritise European infrastructures
- Manage my fleet with an inventory by category
- Measure the lifespan of my equipment by type
- Favour the purchase of sustainable equipment (reparability and durability criteria)
- Engage with actors in the reuse sector and/or the social and solidarity economy in the management of the end-of-life of my equipment
- Integrate environmental requirements in my calls for tender and establish a dialogue and measurement elements over the duration of the service with my suppliers
- Ensuring that its suppliers and service providers comply with their GDPR requirements or follow the principles of the GDPR in compliance with locally applicable data protection rules for other countries, environmental, social and diversity
- Encourage diversity among my service providers, particularly in relation to disability issues
- Use start-ups, associations and sustainable innovation projects to meet my needs for products and services, and participate in the structuring and improvement of these sustainable offers and services
- Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
- Favouring low-impact energy sources
- Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
- Ensure the development of useful and efficient digital services
- Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
- Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
