Welko est une agence de communication 360, créée en 2013 et composée d'une quinzaine de collaborateur·rices.
Nous avons trois grands métiers que sont le conseil (stratégie de communication, accompagnement, gestion de projets, stroytelling), la création graphique (logo, supports imprimés, webdesign, UX) et le développement web (site vitrine, eCommerce, webapp).
Nos clients sont de tous secteurs (sport, santé animale/végétale/humaine, immobilier...) et de toutes tailles (EI, TPE, PME, grands groupes, collectivités, associations...).
Le numérique responsable fait partie depuis toujours de notre ADN et ne cesse de prendre de la place. Dès le début, nous avons fait le choix de travailler avec des fournisseurs aussi vertueux que possible (hébergement de sites web chez Infomaniak et imprimeurs locaux notamment) et d'acheter tout nos ordinateurs en reconditionné. L'équipe grossissant au fil des années, nous faisons en sorte de pousser au maximum notre matériel informatique, notamment en passant les anciens ordinateurs plus puissants vieillissants d'un poste de graphiste à un poste de développeur·euse ou de chargé·e de projets et les donnons ou revendons une fois qu'ils ne sont plus assez performants pour notre utilisation.
Nous sommes engagés au sein de différentes associations sur les réflexions NR et RSE comme ADN Ouest, association à laquelle nous adhérons et participons activement depuis 2024, notamment pour l'organisation des JNR (Journées du Numérique Responsable) dans la ville d'Angers, et nous sommes également investis au sein de l'association des Dirigeants Responsables Anjou-Maine, sur l'ensemble des sujets RSE depuis 2024, avec des prises de responsabilité dans le comité d'animation, ateliers annuels et autres cercles thématiques divers.

- Encourage diversity among my service providers, particularly in relation to disability issues
- Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
- Favouring low-impact energy sources
- Ensure the development of useful and efficient digital services
- Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
- Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
- Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
- Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
- Favour the use of local and European tools in order to encourage the consolidation of players who respect the sovereignty of European data
