Notre entreprise, Webnet, est une ESN créée en 1996 dans la volonté d'accompagner nos clients dans leurs projets et dans leur transformation numérique. Nous sommes un groupe de 200 collaborateurs (salariés, alternants, sous-traitants) travaillant pour et avec nos clients au quotidien dans une relation d'assistante technique et également au forfait.
À travers nos six domaines d’expertise — Expérience produit, Applications métiers, Web & Mobile, Cloud & Infra, Infogérance applicative, Data & IA — nous intervenons de la phase de construction (Build) à l’exploitation (Run), en garantissant une approche globale et cohérente sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie de vos projets.
La société, en plus de son engagement quotidien envers ses clients, soutient des associations éthiques et citoyennes dans leur transformation digitale par des missions de mécénat de compétences. Reconnue "Great Place to Work" depuis 2018 et certifié Silver lors de son dernier bilan carbone, Webnet met un fort accent sur la responsabilité sociale et environnementale. Enfin, le groupe valorise l'égalité femmes-hommes et, en tant que signataire de la charte de la diversité, réaffirme son engagement en faveur de l'inclusion et de la diversité en entreprise.

- Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
- Measure the impact of its digital services (e.g. frequency of use or energy consumption) using a multi-criteria and global approach to the entire service (equipment, servers, networks, etc.)

- Encourage diversity among my service providers, particularly in relation to disability issues
- Use start-ups, associations and sustainable innovation projects to meet my needs for products and services, and participate in the structuring and improvement of these sustainable offers and services
- Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
- Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
- Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
- Making anonymised data available to enable the development of innovative services that can benefit users and citizens
- Develop in open source to enable virtuous emulation of its ecosystem
