Presentation

Les Editions Tissot, basées à Annecy, sont éditeurs de contenus et de logiciels dédiés à la gestion du personnel en entreprise.

La raison d’être de l’entreprise consiste à contribuer à faire société. Pour cela, depuis 50 ans, les Editions Tissot proposent aux entreprises les moyens de favoriser le dialogue social en rendant le droit du travail compréhensible. Historiquement, cela se traduit par des publications claires et opérationnelles, ADN des Editions Tissot, destinées aux RH dans les PME mais aussi aux CSE et aux experts-comptables.
Décryptage de l’actualité sociale, veille juridique, base de données de modèles, procédures interactives, références aux textes officiels, conventions collectives… une diversité de contenu pour répondre à tous les besoins des professionnels.

Depuis plusieurs années, les Editions Tissot accompagnent à la mise en conformité réglementaire en proposant à leurs clients des solutions SaaS dédiées à la Base de Données Economique Sociale et Environnementale, l’index égalité professionnelle et aux indicateurs RH.

Désormais intégrées au Groupe SVP, les Editions Tissot confortent ainsi leur mission de facilitateurs auprès de ses clients.

Conscientes des enjeux actuels et de son impact, les Editions Tissot se sont dotées d’un comité RSE qui définit la stratégie et détermine les différentes actions pour affirmer son engagement et agir de manière responsable (bilans carbones, label NR, charte Relations durables et achats responsables, parrainages de ruches…).

  • Training in Sustainable IT (e.g. attending a training course lasting several days)
  • Communicate to its stakeholders on the actions taken
  • Measure the impact of its digital services (e.g. frequency of use or energy consumption) using a multi-criteria and global approach to the entire service (equipment, servers, networks, etc.)
  • Ensure the development of useful and efficient digital services
  • Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
  • Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
  • Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
  • Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
  • Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
  • Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
  • Making anonymised data available to enable the development of innovative services that can benefit users and citizens
  • Favour the use of local and European tools in order to encourage the consolidation of players who respect the sovereignty of European data
