Presentation

RSEfficiency (nom commercial : ESG Efficiency) est une entreprise à mission créée en 03/2024 à Paris, dont l'objet principal est de mettre en place des projets d'économies d'énergie pour des sociétés du secteur tertiaire en France, via principalement des systèmes de pilotage des consommations (GTB / Gestion Technique de Bâtiments, capteurs, contrôleurs, etc). Une activité conseil additionnelle est en place concernant les obligations ESG / RSE des entreprises (CSRD notamment) mais aussi en matière d'Energy Management.

Cette proposition de valeur s'appuie sur le constat des difficultés des entreprises à mettre en oeuvre de manière concrète des projets ESG dans un ensemble règlementaire complexe (CSRD, devoir de vigilance et CS3D en 2029, Décret Tertiaire, Décret BACS, ...).

Concernant le fonctionnement en propre de la société, un chantier important concernant l'IT et les engagements associés (ex : RGPD) est engagé, pour nous mêmes et avec nos partenaires (clauses contractuelles, revues annuelles ...).

Trois exemples pour illustrer notre approche :

1. nous avons décidé de sortir du dispositif Microsoft (suite et Cloud) et de basculer notre SI chez Infomaniak, entreprise Suisse qui exploite ses propres data centers avec énergie renouvelable, et a produit une suite logicielle "clone" de MS Office en Europe. Notre Cloud souverain sera établi chez Infomaniak en 10.25 (tests programmés, intégrant les aspects réseaux, VPN - Cybersécurité, back-up et clean-up, etc).

2.Nous installons dans nos locaux loués une GTB afin de piloter les consignes de T° ainsi que les périodes de présences et les consommations par zones (bureaux, espaces communs ...). Objectif : diminuer de 15% les consommations vs une situation non pilotée.

3. Nous allons réaliser un site web "light" qui intègrera les problématiques de Handicap et de bande passante limitée pour se connecter.
