Presentation

Le groupe Denis Matériaux est une entreprise familiale et indépendante spécialisée dans la distribution et la fabrication de matériaux de construction. Fondé en 1979, il est implanté dans l’Ouest de la France et dispose d’un fort ancrage territorial.

Le groupe compte plus de 550 collaborateurs répartis sur 33 agences dans 6 départements : Ille-et-Vilaine, Côtes-d’Armor, Morbihan, Loire-Atlantique, Manche et Calvados. Il dispose également de 13 unités de production couvrant divers domaines : menuiseries PVC, bois rabotés, béton prêt à l’emploi, produits béton préfabriqués.

Les métiers couvrent l’ensemble des besoins du secteur du BTP : gros œuvre, maçonnerie, couverture, isolation, cloisons, charpente, menuiseries, façades, sols, sanitaires, aménagement extérieur, travaux publics, traitement des eaux, quincaillerie, outillage et bricolage.

Le groupe est engagé dans une démarche RSE active, avec des actions concrètes telles que la conversion de sa flotte à l’électrique et au bioéthanol, la solarisation des toitures pour l’autoconsommation énergétique, une politique RH axée sur la promotion interne et la cohésion d’équipe, ainsi qu’un soutien aux initiatives locales et associatives.

  • Ensuring that its suppliers and service providers comply with their GDPR requirements or follow the principles of the GDPR in compliance with locally applicable data protection rules for other countries, environmental, social and diversity
  • Use start-ups, associations and sustainable innovation projects to meet my needs for products and services, and participate in the structuring and improvement of these sustainable offers and services
  • Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
  • Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
  • Ensure the development of useful and efficient digital services
  • Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
  • Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
  • Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
  • Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
  • Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
  • Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
