Colombus Consulting est un cabinet de conseil spécialisé dans la transformation des organisations confrontées à des changements majeurs. Le cabinet accompagne les entreprises dans la traduction des enjeux de leur direction auprès des opérationnels. Le cabinet mène des missions de conseil stratégique et opérationnel couvrant toutes les facettes de l’entreprise : stratégie et innovation, modèle opérationnel, valeur clients, expérience collaborateurs. Et ce dans plusieurs secteurs majeurs de l’économie tels que l’énergie, l’Industrie, les transports, les services financiers et l’assurance.

Depuis 2009, le cabinet est engagé en tant qu’opérateur économique, à promouvoir des actions visant à favoriser les équilibres environnementaux, sociaux et sociétaux. Société à mission depuis 2021 autours de 5 engagements dont un dédié au numérique responsable : « Accompagner les organisations sur le chemin d’un usage responsable de la technologie »

Aussi, Colombus Consulting est membre de l’Institut du Numérique Responsable (INR France), dans lequel il est notamment intervenu dans le groupe de travail ayant permis la conception du « Guide pour l’évaluation et l’influence de la Maturité en NR des Parties Prenantes ».

  • Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
  • Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
  • Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
  • Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
  • Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
