NAOMIS est une entreprise innovante, experte en transformation digitale, géomatique et gestion de l'information géographique. Depuis près de 15 ans, nous accompagnons nos clients dans la conception, le développement et l'intégration de solutions numériques qui facilitent l’aménagement du territoire et la gestion de l’environnement.
NAOMIS accompagne les collectivités, les décideurs politiques et les entreprises dans la transformation numérique, l’aménagement et la gestion des territoires.
Nous croyons en l’apport des données et des technologies numériques pour faciliter la gestion des territoires et contribuer aux transitions en cours. Nous intégrons une expertise métier avec un respect rigoureux des réglementations et des droits humains.

Une approche unique, une double expertise :
- Métier : grâce à l'adossement au groupe KERAN, acteur global en aménagement du territoire et gestion de l'environnement, nous comprenons les enjeux opérationnels de nos clients. Nous mobilisons des experts métiers couvrant l'urbanisme, le paysage, les infrastructures, les milieux aquatiques, l'énergie, les sites et sols pollués, les déchets, l'océanographie et l'aménagement littoral.
- Technologique : nos consultants, analystes et développeurs maîtrisent les technologies numériques les plus avancées, notamment les Systèmes d'Information Géographique (SIG), le développement web, les bases de données et la data visualisation.

Nos activités :
- Consulting & Expertise : Accompagnement dans la transformation numérique des territoires, analyse des besoins et définition de solutions adaptées (audits, études, formation).
- Développement Web : Développement d'applications web et solutions open-source (AngularJS, Leaflet, QGIS, Python) intégrant des outils géographiques.
- Systèmes d'Information Géographique (SIG) : Mise en place de solutions SIG pour l'acquisition, le traitement, et la valorisation des données géographiques.
- Gestion des Données : Collecte, structuration, traitement des données (OpenData, capteurs), data visualisation, cartographie dynamique, tableaux de bord.

Nous accompagnons les collectivités et entreprises dans le partage et l'ouverture des données, tout en veillant à la réduction de l'empreinte environnementale des solutions numériques déployées.

  • Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
  • Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
  • Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
  • Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
