Le Crous Normandie est un établissement public administratif qui met en œuvre de nombreux dispositifs pour aider et soutenir tous les étudiants de Normandie. Il propose une offre d’hébergement de qualité et diversifiée représentant 10 464 lits (chambres, studios, T1, T2, T3). Avec des espaces en libre accès de coworking, des espaces de détente (salles de sports, guitares en libre accès, salles de musique, etc.), des espaces extérieurs, il contribue au bien vivre des étudiants. En restauration, le Crous dispose de 45 points de restauration répartis dans 10 villes, proposant une offre de restauration saine et durable, équilibrée avec de nombreux plats faits maison. Des espaces de ventes à emporter complètent la restauration assise, permettant un large éventail de choix. En matière d’accompagnement social, ce sont près de 100 millions € de bourses qui sont, chaque année, versées aux étudiants, et son service social vient très largement compléter ce dispositif de soutien auprès des étudiants. Tout au long de l’année, il propose de nombreuses animations culturelles, festives, sportives, ouvertes à tous les étudiants en résidences ou dans des espaces dédiés favorisant le lien social entre étudiants. Le Crous Normandie, c’est 750 personnels entièrement au service de l’étudiant pour faciliter ses conditions d’études et de réussite. Il fait partie d’un réseau unique en France, composé de 26 Crous répartis sur l’ensemble du territoire. La transition écologique est au cœur des préoccupations du Crous qui évolue pour atténuer les effets du changement climatique et s’y adapter.

  • Measure the impact of its digital services (e.g. frequency of use or energy consumption) using a multi-criteria and global approach to the entire service (equipment, servers, networks, etc.)
  • Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
  • Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
  • Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
  • Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
  • Favour the use of local and European tools in order to encourage the consolidation of players who respect the sovereignty of European data
  • Develop in open source to enable virtuous emulation of its ecosystem
