Happy Smala est une société marocaine de services pensée comme un laboratoire d’innovation pour l’inclusion socio-économique. Connue pour avoir promu le design thinking et les approches collaboratives depuis sa création en 2014, notre équipe est aujourd’hui composée de 10 salarié.e.s rassemblés autour d’expertises en inclusion financière, en innovation sociale, et en finance durable. Avec plus de 100 missions réalisées pour des bailleurs de fonds internationaux, des entreprises du secteur privé ou des organisations de la société civile, nous proposons à nos clients la réalisation d’études de terrain, la conception et la gestion de projets, des services de suivi -évaluation, ainsi que des ateliers d’intelligence collective et des cursus de renforcement de capacités.
Guidé.e.s par nos valeurs, nous contribuons à soutenir l’inclusion financière dans ses innovations et transformations face aux défis du développement durable et du changement climatique. Fort notre ancrage territorial sur les sujets d’inclusion financière, d’innovation à fort impact et de finance durable, nous disposons d’un réseau de chercheurs spécialisés, d’énumérateurs, et de relais institutionnels et privés mobilisables pour les besoins de la mission. Partageant nos valeurs éthiques et professionnelles, chaque membre de notre équipe s’assurera de mettre en œuvre toutes les normes internationalement reconnues en particulier les principes de consentement éclairé, de confidentialité, d'intégrité et de respect des parties prenantes.

- Measure the lifespan of my equipment by type

- Integrate environmental requirements in my calls for tender and establish a dialogue and measurement elements over the duration of the service with my suppliers
- Ensuring that its suppliers and service providers comply with their GDPR requirements or follow the principles of the GDPR in compliance with locally applicable data protection rules for other countries, environmental, social and diversity
- Use start-ups, associations and sustainable innovation projects to meet my needs for products and services, and participate in the structuring and improvement of these sustainable offers and services
- Measure the energy consumption and impact of my Information System (multi-criteria analysis)
- Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
- Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
- Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
- Favour the use of local and European tools in order to encourage the consolidation of players who respect the sovereignty of European data
- Develop in open source to enable virtuous emulation of its ecosystem
- Encouraging territorial innovations by testing and deploying social and environmental digital products and services
- Participate in or encourage the co-construction/experimentation of Tech4Good
