Le Grand Périgueux s'engage depuis mars 2024 (date du premier forum pour le numérique responsable sur son territoire) dans une démarche NR pour réduire l'empreinte sociale, économique et environnementale du numérique. Cette initiative vise à sensibiliser les entreprises et les structures publiques à l'importance de déployer des bonnes pratiques NR.
Actions et Initiatives :
Le Grand Périgueux a organisé deux journées dédiées au numérique responsable, incluant des conférences, des ateliers pratiques et des stands de partenaires. Ces événements ont permis aux participants d'acquérir des connaissances sur l'impact environnemental et social du numérique, de partager des expériences et des pratiques responsables et de coconstruire la feuille de route NR du Grand Périgueux.
Ateliers et Conférences :
Des experts, comme Vincent Courboulay, ingénieur et maître de conférences en informatique, sont intervenus pour présenter des actions concrètes. Des ateliers interactifs, tels que la fresque du numérique animée par Benoît Jamet et Marie-Cécile Millet de l’IUT de Périgueux ont favoriser l'échange et la collaboration.
Consultants et Partenaires :
Le Grand Périgueux a collaboré avec des consultants et experts en numérique responsable, comme Olivier Langlet de l'entreprise Terra-Num, pour guider et soutenir la démarche. Des partenaires tels que l'Ademe, associations locales (fablab, ESS) participent également aux initiatives.
Objectifs et Engagements :
L’objectif est de réduire l'empreinte carbone et la consommation énergétique liées au numérique, en promouvant des pratiques telles que l'achat d'équipements reconditionnés, la sensibilisation des agents aux enjeux de l'accessibilité (RGAA), la formation des équipes de la commande publique / clauses dans les marchés, le pilotage des actions NR (bilan annuel, animation), l’adaptation des configurations des équipements au juste nécessaire …
