Presentation

Sinds de oprichting in 2001 in het University Business Center in Antwerpen, is Ometa gespecialiseerd in het efficiënt beheren van cases en het structureren van informatie, met een sterke focus op het integreren van bestaande bronsystemen binnen digitale werkplekken zoals M365. Ons doel is om uw bedrijfsprocessen naadloos te integreren in de dagelijkse werkomgeving van frontoffice gebruikers. Ometa verbindt backoffice bedrijfsapplicaties, overheidsdata via API's, en frontoffice portalen zoals M365. Onze technologie ontsluit en verbindt data vanuit verschillende bronnen in beide richtingen, zodat de juiste informatie altijd de juiste persoon bereikt in de juiste context. Dit bereiken we door een doordacht case managementsysteem, waarbij cases automatisch worden doorgestuurd naar de relevante medewerkers op basis van hun status. Met onze uitgebreide ervaring in de industrie, gemeentelijke markt, nutsbedrijven en grote overheidsprojecten, hebben we een robuust platform ontwikkeld dat niet alleen de provisioning van cases (zoals SharePoint-sites/Teams) en het beheer van gebruikersrechten automatiseert, maar ook data ontsluit vanuit verschillende externe bronnen. Daarnaast heeft Ometa “out-of-the-box” oplossingen die zonder verdere ontwikkeling kunnen worden ingezet bij klanten om specifieke uitdagingen in te vullen. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn de Ometa PDCA-solution die gebruikt wordt om actieplannen en bijhorende taken te beheren of de Archief-oplossing waarmee alle case-informatie, ongeacht de bron, veilig kan worden opgeslagen in het Digitaal Archief Vlaanderen (DAV), een platform opgezet door de Vlaamse Overheid. Het succesvol implementeren van een digitale werkplek begint vaak niet met technologie maar met een solide projectaanpak. Door de jaren heen hebben we een bewezen methodologie ontwikkeld en verfijnd waarmee we projecten efficiënt en effectief kunnen afronden. Onze aanpak wordt gekenmerkt door nauwe samenwerking met onze klanten en korte communicatielijnen.
