Fondée en 2018, l’Association IMEDI est une organisation à but non lucratif située à Bordeaux, régie par la loi du 1er juillet 1901. Notre mission principale est de lever les barrières linguistiques pour garantir aux personnes non ou peu francophones un meilleur accès aux droits et aux soins. Nous soutenons l’accueil, l’insertion sociale et l’émancipation des personnes en situation de précarité, tout en participant au développement et à la promotion du métier d’interprète dans les secteurs médico-social, éducatif et administratif.
Nous sommes conscients de l'importance croissante du numérique dans notre métier, ainsi nous aimerions nous engager dans une transition numérique responsable. Cette démarche vise à optimiser nos services tout en réduisant notre empreinte écologique. Nous souhaitons adopter des pratiques numériques écoresponsables, telles que l'utilisation de plateformes énergétiquement efficientes et la sensibilisation de notre équipe aux bonnes pratiques numériques.
Parallèlement, nous accordons une attention particulière à la protection des données personnelles conformément au Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données (RGPD). Nous sommes conscients que la mise en conformité avec ces exigences peut entraîner une charge numérique supplémentaire. Notre objectif est donc de trouver un équilibre entre la gestion efficace de ces obligations et la mise en place d'un système écologiquement responsable.
En signant la Charte Numérique Responsable, nous aimerions affirmer notre volonté d'intégrer des principes éthiques, inclusifs et respectueux de l'environnement dans nos pratiques quotidiennes.

- Raise awareness on Sustainable IT (e.g. information workshop, MOOC, dissemination of good practice guides)
- Enter a Sustainable IT labelling initiative
- Organise a Digital Cleanup Day
- Training in Sustainable IT (e.g. attending a training course lasting several days)
- Establish a Sustainable IT Working Group within the organisation
- Communicate to its stakeholders on the actions taken
