Notre Engagement envers la Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises (RSE)
Chez HURA Portage, nous croyons fermement que le développement durable et la responsabilité sociale sont au cœur de notre mission. Nous nous engageons à aligner nos stratégies et nos opérations sur les principes universels des droits de l’homme, des normes internationales du travail, de l’environnement et de la lutte contre la corruption. En 2024, HURA Portage a choisi d’adhérer au Pacte Mondial de l’ONU - Réseau France, démontrant ainsi notre engagement à soutenir les Objectifs de Développement Durable (ODD) des Nations Unies.
État des Lieux de Notre Démarche RSE
Sécurité et Confidentialité des Données :
Nous conservons les données de nos consultants sur un NAS sécurisé, garantissant ainsi la confidentialité et la protection de leurs informations.
Gestion Durable des Équipements :
Nos terminaux de travail ont une durée de vie moyenne de 6 ans, et nous utilisons du matériel reconditionné pour la téléphonie, réduisant ainsi notre empreinte écologique.
Nous sensibilisons nos collaborateurs au recyclage du matériel informatique, encourageant une gestion responsable des déchets électroniques.
Sensibilisation et Formation :
En 2025, nous prévoyons de sensibiliser nos consultants aux bonnes pratiques du numérique responsable en leur fournissant un guide des bonnes pratiques dès leur entrée.
Actions en Cours et à Venir Concernant le Numérique Responsable:
Optimisation des Outils Numériques :
Nous travaillons activement à optimiser nos outils numériques pour réduire leur consommation d'énergie et leur impact environnemental.
Nous améliorons la durée de vie de nos terminaux en favorisant les outils reconditionnés et les réparations et en utilisant des e-SIM pour encourager une utilisation responsable des équipements personnels.
Formation et Sensibilisation :
Nous prévoyons d'organiser des sessions de formation régulières pour sensibiliser nos consultants et collaborateurs aux enjeux du numérique responsable et aux bonnes pratiques à adopter.
Développement de Services Inclusifs et Durables :
Nous nous engageons à développer des services numériques accessibles à tous, en favorisant l'inclusion et la durabilité.
En intégrant ces initiatives, HURA Portage démontre son engagement envers un numérique responsable et durable, contribuant ainsi à un avenir plus respectueux de l'environnement et plus éthique envers la société.

- Measure the energy consumption and impact of my Information System (multi-criteria analysis)
- Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays

- Measure the impact of its digital services (e.g. frequency of use or energy consumption) using a multi-criteria and global approach to the entire service (equipment, servers, networks, etc.)
- Ensure the development of useful and efficient digital services
- Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
- Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
- Favour the use of local and European tools in order to encourage the consolidation of players who respect the sovereignty of European data
