L’IMAD accompagne les personnes malades ou vulnérables en mettant à disposition les prestations nécessaires ou utiles à leur maintien à domicile.

Les prestations de l’IMAD sont effectuées au domicile des habitants du canton de Genève, dans les unités d’accueil temporaire de répit (UATR) et dans les immeubles avec encadrement pour personnes âgées (IEPA). Elles ont pour but
de contribuer au maintien à domicile des personnes malades, vulnérables ou en perte d’autonomie, quand cela est souhaité et possible.

Les équipes de l’IMAD sont réparties dans l’ensemble du canton, basées dans des antennes de maintien à domicile. Un suivi de proximité est ainsi garanti à la population dans toutes les communes.

Les prestations de l’IMAD sont accessibles à chaque personne résidant dans le canton de Genève, quels que soient son âge et sa situation financière, sociale et géographique, 365 j /365, 7 j/7 et 24 h/24.

Les collaboratrices et collaborateurs de l’IMAD sont des professionnels de l’accompagnement domiciliaire et de la santé, hautement qualifiés et expérimentés. Ils sont les garants d’une prise en soins de qualité, délivrée avec bienveillance et dans le respect de la personne.

Toutes les prestations de l’IMAD sont effectuées en collaboration avec la patiente ou le patient, le médecin traitant, la famille et les proches aidants. Le suivi du patient est coordonné avec l’ensemble de son réseau de santé et ses proches

  • Organise a Digital Cleanup Day

  • Ensuring that its suppliers and service providers comply with their GDPR requirements or follow the principles of the GDPR in compliance with locally applicable data protection rules for other countries, environmental, social and diversity
  • Use start-ups, associations and sustainable innovation projects to meet my needs for products and services, and participate in the structuring and improvement of these sustainable offers and services
  • Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
  • Favouring low-impact energy sources
  • Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
  • Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
