A2 Consulting est un cabinet de conseil indépendant en organisation et management, le premier cabinet de conseil à avoir inscrit une raison d’être dans ses statuts : « le conseil responsable ».
Fondé en 2000, A2 Consulting s'engage auprès des entreprises pour accroître leur performance opérationnelle et accompagner la transformation de leurs organisations, dans le respect des valeurs sociétales et environnementales.
Le Groupe A2, aujourd’hui constituée de 150 collaborateurs, intervient principalement dans les secteurs de la Banque, de l’Assurance et Protection Sociale, de l’Asset Management, de l’Immobilier, du Transport, de l’Industrie et des Services, et du Secteur Public.
Ses savoir-faire rassemblent des expertises métier (risque et conformité, performance financière, open banking, relation client, investissement et finance durables, etc.), le pilotage de projets, la transformation des grandes organisations, la conduite du changement, la digitalisation des processus métier et client, le pilotage des transitions écologique et sociétale, pour un CA de 20 millions d’euros en 2023.
Le Groupe A2 Consulting rassemble également les entités Asea, agence experte en achats responsables, et Fraeris, cabinet spécialisé dans les métiers assurantiels, en particulier l'actuariat.
Nous organisons nos activités internes et externes autour d'une démarche RSE volontariste et intégrée à notre stratégie globale et ce depuis notre création.

- Raise awareness on Sustainable IT (e.g. information workshop, MOOC, dissemination of good practice guides)
- Establish a Sustainable IT Working Group within the organisation
- Communicate to its stakeholders on the actions taken
- Deployment of a security plan for its digital environments (antivirus, VPN, supplier audits, permanent monitoring)
- Evaluate the robustness of its infrastructures (regular tests) and prioritise European infrastructures
- Manage my fleet with an inventory by category
- Measure the lifespan of my equipment by type
- Integrate environmental requirements in my calls for tender and establish a dialogue and measurement elements over the duration of the service with my suppliers
- Encourage diversity among my service providers, particularly in relation to disability issues
- Measure the energy consumption and impact of my Information System (multi-criteria analysis)
- Measure the impact of its digital services (e.g. frequency of use or energy consumption) using a multi-criteria and global approach to the entire service (equipment, servers, networks, etc.)
- Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
- Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
- Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
- Favour the use of local and European tools in order to encourage the consolidation of players who respect the sovereignty of European data
