Fondée en 1991, Instant News Services (INS) est une agence de production audiovisuelle qui s’est imposée comme un acteur clé de la couverture médiatique de l’actualité.
INS propose trois services essentiels :
● Le soutien technique ENG aux chaînes de télévision nationales et internationales ainsi qu’aux correspondants de presse TV et radio accrédités à Bruxelles.
● La communication audiovisuelle des Institutions européennes et internationales.
● La production de reportages, production de videos réseaux sociaux, podcasts et documentaires diffusés sur différentes chaînes.
Notre agence est située au cœur de Bruxelles et du quartier européen. Dans nos locaux, nous disposons d’installations modernes sur une superficie de plus de 900 m2, comprenant trois studios fixes, neuf régies de montage, trois régies son et différentes positions de duplex extérieures offrant une vue imprenable sur Bruxelles et les institutions internationales. Nos équipes sont disponibles 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7 pour offrir un soutien technique et logistique complet, couvrant à la fois les aspects techniques et éditoriaux. Avec nos équipes de techniciens ENG équipés des meilleures caméras et outils de prise de son, nous accompagnons les correspondants / journalistes / reporters tout au long de la production de leurs reportages. Nous couvrons une large gamme de formats, qu’il s’agisse de couvertures en direct, de sujets news ou de reportages plus longs, en Belgique et à l’étranger.
INS est responsable de la couverture médiatique des déplacements des membres de la Commission européenne et du Parlement européen dans le monde entier. Nous comptons parmi nos collaborateurs confirmés plus de 1500 techniciens audiovisuels, fixers, journalistes dans le monde. Nous assurons la réalisation, le tournage, le montage et la transmission de nombreux contenus pour les Institutions européennes, les conférences des Nations unies et d’autres évènements internationaux de grande envergure.

- Use start-ups, associations and sustainable innovation projects to meet my needs for products and services, and participate in the structuring and improvement of these sustainable offers and services
- Measure the energy consumption and impact of my Information System (multi-criteria analysis)
- Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
- Favouring low-impact energy sources
- Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
- Measure the impact of its digital services (e.g. frequency of use or energy consumption) using a multi-criteria and global approach to the entire service (equipment, servers, networks, etc.)
- Ensure the development of useful and efficient digital services
- Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
- Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
- Facilitate the proper semantic understanding of its digital services in a clear and educational language
- Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
- Promote work-life balance by, for example, respecting the right to disconnect and arranging for teleworking measures
- Making anonymised data available to enable the development of innovative services that can benefit users and citizens
- Favour the use of local and European tools in order to encourage the consolidation of players who respect the sovereignty of European data
