AODB, Alliance Of Digital Builders, est une ESN de nouvelle génération qui répond aux enjeux d'ultra spécialisation et de grande complexification du secteur digital. Notre ambition est de réunir les meilleures agences, branche par branche, afin de créer une offre globale et ultra spécialiste taillée pour les projets d’envergures.
La stratégie d’AODB consiste ainsi à réunir le meilleur de 2 mondes : d’un côté, le monde des agences expertes, représentatives de l’expertise de pointe et de l’innovation, de l’autre, le monde de la grande entreprise du numérique taillée pour les grands projets d’envergure en raison de sa capacité de gestion et d’engagement.
C’est pourquoi nous concevons notre organisation de façon horizontale afin que chaque dirigeant des entreprises composant AODB fasse partie d’une communauté de dirigeants qui s’entraident, se conseillent et dirigent ensemble l’entreprise au travers d’une gouvernance collaborative.
Chez AODB, les dirigeants conservent ainsi leur capacité de gestion et ont les pleins pouvoirs de leurs entreprises du moment qu’ils respectent des critères de collaboration communs que nous avons collectivement décidés.
AODB c’est aussi 18 années d’expérience du digital, portée par 250 collaborateurs, chacun expert dans son domaine, opérants dans 8 entités distinctes et autonomes réalisant 24 M€ de CA en 2023, chiffre d’affaires que le groupe entend doubler sur les 5 prochaines années.
Notre groupe est entré dans une phase de croissance depuis 2022, soutenue par un programme d’acquisition de sociétés spécialisées et d’investissement de 1,5M€/an sur des créations d’entreprises nouvelles par Spin-off et des projets d’innovations, dans l’objectif de devenir une entreprise leader de la maîtrise des dernières technologies et usages du numérique, tel que dans les domaines de l’IA, du Cloud et de la Cybersécurité.

- Integrate environmental requirements in my calls for tender and establish a dialogue and measurement elements over the duration of the service with my suppliers
- Ensuring that its suppliers and service providers comply with their GDPR requirements or follow the principles of the GDPR in compliance with locally applicable data protection rules for other countries, environmental, social and diversity
- Encourage diversity among my service providers, particularly in relation to disability issues
- Measure the energy consumption and impact of my Information System (multi-criteria analysis)
- Avoid unnecessary energy consumption e.g. by switching off at night, weekends and holidays
- Favouring low-impact energy sources
- Plan the archiving and cleaning of data with its teams to reduce their environmental footprint
- Measure the impact of its digital services (e.g. frequency of use or energy consumption) using a multi-criteria and global approach to the entire service (equipment, servers, networks, etc.)
- Reduce the environmental impact of its services: weight of images, videos, plugins, by favouring simpler or less energy-consuming solutions
- Make its digital services accessible to as many people as possible (even in the event of poor connection quality, disability, etc.)
- Ensure diversity in the recruitment of IS teams (initial and continuing training, diversity of training, origins, disability status)
- Encourage gender diversity in the digital field at all levels
